Welcome back again. I know that I stop writing two months, so please pardon me as I am continuing my Blog. Today the topic also changes a little bit. It is about people who achieved some exceptional in life. So, I started to write a few about them so that you guys know them.

So, who is David Brailsford?? Many of you heard about his name for the first time. And if you heard his name before then it's incredible. He is the British Cycling Coach.

Before his arrival, the British Cycling Team has a hard time. From 1908 they won just a single Gold Medel in Olympics. And the most prestigious Cycling Tournament called the "Tour de France" in 110 years no British won. So, Dave came to the task and he is something different from other coaches. He believes in the philosophy of Marginal Gains. What does that mean? It means gaining marginal improvement in every area. So, Brailsford and his other staff worked on that philosophy to make some tiny changes and the results follow: In the 2008 Beijing Olympics British Cyclists won more than 60 % of the Gold Medel, In the 2012 London Olympics they set 9 Olympic Records, and 7 World Records.

And what about Tour de France,  YES!! Bradley Wiggin became the first player to win that event in 2012, and Chris Froome won the next year and he won consecutively in 2015, 2016, and 2017. See, how the philosophy of the System change, and the result automatically changes. We can also apply this rule in our day-to-day life. By making small improvements, the result might not see in a few days or weeks, but, if we continue that habit then your work literally pays off!

And yeah that's all for today. Hope this new category will help you and you learn something new. Signing Off. 👋👋
