If you ever searched on the Internet for the highest peaks in the World (if you are a child probably) or through books, you may know that the highest peak in the World is Mt Everest followed by K2 and Kanchenjunga. That's how many people know about the top three mountains. but, have you ever imagined what is the 4th One. Maybe Yes or No. If Yes then you can go through your knowledge through this page😅 and if 'No' then you are in the right place. So, I talked a lot about this but don't inform you of the answer. The answer is "LHOTSE". Yes, you read right. I saw in my school life that many of my colleagues after being asked that do you imagine about the 4th One. They confidently tell like Annapurna or Makalu or whatever in the Himalayas. But, that's not right. Lhotse has an elevation of 8,516 mt (27,940 ft). It is still one of the toughest places to reach. It is also called E1



           The first expedition to climb Lhotse was started all the way back to 1955 when two Austrians and two Swiss Climbers attempted to reach its summit but failed due to very low atmospheric temperature and strong winds. But, everything needs a conclusion💪. So, not for long after the first attempt, on 18th May 1956 two men of the Swiss Team Ernst Reiss and Fritz Luchsinger climbed Lhotse. If you see this peak in the picture you are going to be fascinated ( as fascinated after seeing Everest). This is the majestic feeling of the Mountain. For this and many reasons across people loved to go to the mountains. It's refreshing, charming, and has a feeling of awe in mind. 

          And, the mountains also wait for us to forever in their vast majestic atmosphere.
